Runner Rush is a gaming platform — nothing more. We exist to let people have fun running through a virtual city. By using the app you agree to these terms.
When you upload a selfie to create a custom runner, that photo is used only to generate your in-game character sprite. We do not sell your photos. We do not share your photos with third parties for marketing, advertising, or any other purpose outside the game.
Your generated character sprite is visible inside the game so other players can pick it as their runner — that is the entire point of creating one. If you do not want your likeness visible in-game, do not upload a photo.
By uploading a photo you confirm you have the right to use it — meaning it is a photo of you, or you have permission from the person in the photo. Do not upload photos of people who have not agreed to be turned into a Runner Rush character.
Custom character generation is a one-time $9.99 payment processed through Stripe. AI generation is final — once your character is generated, the payment is non-refundable. If something goes wrong on our end, reach out and we'll make it right.
Runner Rush is provided "as is." We are not responsible for any damages, losses, missed work, sore thumbs, lost sleep, or anything else that happens because you played the game. It's a game. Play at your own risk.
We are not responsible for AI-generated content that doesn't perfectly match your expectations — character sprites are generated by an AI model and results vary.
No offensive, hateful, illegal, or sexually explicit photos. No impersonating real people without permission. We reserve the right to remove any custom runner that violates this, no refund.
We may update these terms as the game evolves. Continued use means you accept the updates.
